通过对黏度、带液率和水分损失的探讨,筛选出最佳面膜液基质配方;并添加VC乙基醚、烟酰胺等活性成分,制备出美白面膜;测试了该面膜的感官和理化指标,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率及美白活性组分的渗透性,以及使用后的效果进行了评价。结果表明:美白面膜液澄清透明、无异味、性质稳定,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率为63.4%;其中VC乙基醚、烟酰胺在0.5 h时的总渗透率分别为18.6%、30.0%。使用该面膜后皮肤更加清爽、水润,长期使用有较好的美白功效。
Abstract:The optimum formula of mask liquid was obtained through determination of viscosities, the liquid take-up rates and moisture losses. And the whitening mask was prepared after adding ethyl ascorbic acid, nicotinamide and other active ingredients. Its indexes of sensory and physicochemical characteristics were measured, the inhibitory activity against tyrosinase, the permeability of whitening activates, and the efficacy after using were investigated. The results showed that the mask liquid was clear, odorless and stable, its inhibitory activity against tyrosinase was 63.4%, the permeabilities of ethyl ascorbic acid and nicotinamide were 18.6% and 30.0% after half an hour. Skin became more refreshing and moist after using this mask, and it had preferable whitening efficacy after long-term use.
