粉防己碱脂质体在人体皮肤中的舒缓与修护作用

摘要:

为了研究粉防己碱脂质体对损伤皮肤的修护与舒缓功效,构建3种皮肤刺激模型,包括辣椒素刺激模型、胶带剥离模型、十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)模型。通过测定皮肤受刺激后不同时间点的经表皮水流失(TEWL)、红斑(EI)值,分析3个模型的参数变化。结果表明,与空白区和基质区相比,使用质量分数5%粉防己碱脂质体样品后,SLS模型和胶带剥离模型的EI值、TEWL值显著减少(P<0.05),辣椒素刺激模型EI值显著减少(P<0.05)。综上,根据3种皮肤损伤模型试验结果,说明粉防己碱脂质体具有修护和舒缓功效。

Abstract:

In order to study the repairing and soothing effects of tetrandrine liposome on damaged skin, three skin irritation models were constructed, including the capsaicin irritation model, the tape stripping model, and the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SLS) model. The parameters of transepidermal water loss(TEWL) or erythematous value(EI) at different time points after skin stimulation in three skin stimulation models were studied and analyzed. The results showed that compared with the blank area and the placebo area, after using 5%(in mass fraction) tetrandrine liposome sample, the EI value and TEWL value of the SLS model and tape stripping model were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the EI value of the capsaicin irritation model was significantly reduced(P<0.05). In summary, according to the results of three skin injury model tests, it shows that the tetrandrine liposome has repairing and soothing effects.
